About Me

A little about me. My name is Rachel Nicole and I’m a registered nurse by trade and a healer by nature. I went through a healing journey of sorts recently that has led me here to share my experience to help and connect with others who may be on similar journeys.

I have unknowingly or blindly struggled with hormone issues and nervous system dysregulation for years. I was blind to the grind, just like many of you. Just 2 years ago, I was at my lowest with energy levels basically non existent and in major burn out mode in my career as a cardiology nurse. After a very traumatic wake up call, finding out I needed surgery to remove a softball size ovarian tumor, I deep dove into several physical and spiritual healing practices that I continue to use and evolve today.

Just in the past year, I started exploring Human Design; I experienced a life changing spiritual QHHT session; I separated from a life partner of 9 years; I changed careers; and I moved to a different state. I believe to think all of this was manifested with intention and brought to me in divine timing.

As a 1/3 projector, I have to do the research and then through trial and error I find my own flow. I have experienced giving and receiving many types of healing and know that we don’t live in a one size fits all world. The projector in me wants to take you on my journey of self healing and share how conscious living can transform your life.
